Why do I keep logging out?


Here are guidelines to adjust your PC setting for trouble shooting in log-in.

☞ Changing your security level.
- In IE choose ToolsSelect Internet options
- Select the "Security Tab"
- Click on Custom Level.
- Go through your security settings. At the bottom of the dialog box is your overall security setting level I.e. low, medium, high.
- Try to set it at "Medium" if you think it is your security level.
- Firewalls that are in routers are only for inbound traffic, and should not have any affect.

☞ Setting your cookie preference For Internet Explorer 6.0
- Click on Tools and then Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab and then click the button marked Advanced.
- Click‘Override automatic cookie handling’ and then specify how you want Internet Explorer to handle cookie
- Click on Accept Click on Prompt Click on Always allows session cookies check box
Security

How can I change my password?

To change your password, click on 'my page' tag located on top of all pages. When you moved to 'My Page,' you will see 'change password' button under my information. Please go to 'change password' and type in your current password then type in the desired password twice (this is for security purpose). 

Register

Where Can I find Registration form?

To register, click on 'register' located on top of all pages and complete the registration form. (You can always find this link on the top-right hand corner in all of our pages)

How can I change my registration information?

To edit your personal information, please go to my page by clicking on 'my page' located on top of all pages and press 'contact information' button under my information.  Please fill-out information that you want to change in this page.

When Can I start using the service?

Registration process usually takes two business days in order for us to update information in to our system.

Booking

How can I create a new booking online?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘booking request’ page and please fill-out the detail information on that page for submission.

How can I my view booking that have been submitted online?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘booking status’ page and choose your status option and enter search inquiry for your booking status.

Can I reuse previous booking to create a new one?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘booking status’ page and towards top of this page you may find copy previous booking inquiry field. Here, enter your booking number and click on 'go' button to create new one.

Can I cancel my booking that I have submitted online?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to booking main page where list of your booking is located and under the cancel/update column in the chart, click on ‘cancel’ button on booking that you want to discard. 

How do I add a booking to my template?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to booking request’ page and you may click on ‘save as template’ button when you have finished with the form or you can click on ‘manage template’ button to edit existing template or create a new template. 

Shipping Instruction

How can I submit my B/L instruction?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to B/L instruction and enter inquiry depending on the option that you choose. 

How can I view my B/L instruction that have been submitted online?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘B/L instruction status’ page and choose your status option and enter search inquiry for your B/L instruction status

Bill of Lading Service

How can I check draft B/L?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘Bill of Lading’ page and enter booking number or B/L number to check your Bill of Lading.

How can I print sea waybill on the web?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘waybill print’ page and enter single B/L number or group B/L number to check your B/L.

How can I print original bill of lading?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘original waybill print’ and please enter your ID, password, and customer code again for security reason. 

Schedule

Where can I find schedule information for vessel route?

Click on the ‘schedule’ in ‘e-service’ page then you may select country and location for both origin and destination to view schedule for chosen route. 

Where can I download long range schedule for each service region by Hanjin Shipping.

Under ‘long range schedule,’ if you click on the schedule for desired service region then you may find the download button on the top right hand corner of the schedule. 

Is it possible to get those long range schedule via e-mail?

If you want to receive schedule information via email, under 'e-service' page, go to e-subscription and enter your email to receive those schedule. 

Arrival Notice Service

How can I get Arrival Notice?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘Arrival Notice’ and enter inquiry depending on the option that you choose

Why is the estimated arrival date different from that of Track & Trace service?

Estimated arrival date in ‘arrival notice’ page is a date that we send on 2-3 days before POD (port of destination) where as Track & Trace service is continuous updated information page for your container schedule.

Report

How can I make my report?

From ‘e-service’ – report page, enter the search data in accordance to inquiry option and click on ‘go’ button

How many report can I save for my report?

You may save report as many as you require

Demurrage & Detention

Why is free time date different from the actual date for my shipment?

Actual free time is subject to the service contract between HJS and the customer. If you want the actual free time, please contact the HJS office at your nearest location

Rate

How can I create rate requests online?

Please go to ‘Rate Request’ in ‘e-Service’ tab and fill-out the detail on that page then click on submit button.

How can I view rate requests that have been submitted online?

Under ‘e-Service,’ go to ‘rate view’ page and enter the following inquiry for rate search then it will return matching result. Finally, you may click on the request number to see detail. 

Track & Trace

How can I track my shipment?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘Track & Trace’ and enter inquiry number in accordance with search option that you have chosen.

How can I get shipment track and trace information via email?

Under ‘e-service,’ go to ‘e-mail tracking’ and please follow our detailed direction in order to subscribe for schedule reception via email.
