The object of the Company is to engage in the following business activities:

1. Shipping;
2. Port and terminal services;
3. Warehousing;
4. Real estate leasing;
5. Shipbuilding and repair;
6. Shipsales and purchasing;
7. Port & terminal operation and development stevedoring;
8. Total logistics;
9. Software business, Information & Telecommunications business, The service meets Information& Telecommunications and related business including Development, Sales, Service, Rent, Installation, Maintenance & Repair, as well as Agency and;
10. Any and all businesses that are incidental to any of the foregoing objectives.

① The Head Office of the Company shall be located in Seoul, Korea.

② The Company may establish branches, offices, places or local subsidiaries anywhere within or outside Korea as required, by the resolution of the Board of Directors.

Public notices by the Company shall be given by publication in Hankook Kyungje Shinmun, a daily newspaper of general circulation published in Seoul. In case public notices can not given by publication in Hankook Kyungje Shinmun, the public notices shall be given by publication in Maeil Kyungje Shinmun.
